Why does it happen so often that undertakings organized by the government have so many defects? They just cannot think something over twice before taking some crucial decisions connected with it! How could it be that matters as important as the case of driving license examinations will get as mixed up as they are right now. I swear that if I could have some choice I would never pick this country to live in! Why each region has to deal with different kinds of theory test schemes? Why cannot they be the same for everyone just to make the chances equal and to avoid any stupid comments and speculations? Normal people are those who see it and notice the disadvantages of such theory test, not the authorities. In their opinion everything is just perfect and some changes need to be introduced frequently just to freshen the scene, so to say. I would like to see those office animals try to walk a mile in average peoples shoes! What does it take to think before introducing stupid changes that are based on absolutely nothing? Every newcomer who gets to know that theory test looks like that in our country is astonished. This is all a kind of misunderstanding - it cannot be that some regions have only 10 questions to answer whereas in some areas 50 question are presented to each of the candidates and a hundred percent accuracy is needed to get the license.
